Founded by Norman Wright Jr. and partnered with Brennan Wright, our team combines decades of leadership development, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. Together, we help business owners shift behaviors, strengthen leadership, and activate growth.

NWJ Consulting Group grew out of decades of experience in advertising, marketing, business consulting, and creative strategy, combined with a deep understanding of leadership, execution, and market engagement. It is the culmination of years of learning, experimentation, and refining what actually works to help businesses grow predictably.

For over 30 years, Norm Wright has worked alongside business owners, guiding them to clarify their audience, messaging, and strategy, while helping leadership teams adopt the behaviors and habits necessary to execute consistently. Over time, he recognized a pattern: many businesses fail not because of strategy or effort, but because leaders aren’t aligned internally, and their teams lack clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.

Brennan Wright: Growing Into the Vision

Brennan Wright, Norm’s son, has been a part of this journey from the beginning. From early on, Brennan worked at multiple levels across Norm’s various business ventures, learning the ins and outs of marketing, consulting, and operations. He contributed to creative development, client solutions, and leadership support — gaining hands-on experience that would later shape his approach to business strategy and execution.

Through the years, Brennan was also deeply involved in other entrepreneurial ventures alongside Norm, helping refine systems, test strategies, and bring innovative solutions to life. His insight, energy, and strategic thinking became instrumental in defining the new direction for NWJ Consulting Group, particularly in developing the A.L.I.G.N. leadership programs and E.N.G.A.G.E. market intensives that are now the foundation of the firm.
