Brennan M. Wright
Consultant | Marketing Strategy | Leadership Development
Brennan M. Wright has spent his life immersed in the world of business leadership, marketing strategy, and community engagement. Growing up under the mentorship of his father, Norman Wright Jr., Brennan was exposed early to the principles of leadership alignment, strategic thinking, and business development that now form the foundation of NWJ Consulting Group.
Over the years, Brennan has worked alongside Norman in multiple business ventures, gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategy, organizational leadership, and social engagement. Through that mentorship, he has developed a strong ability to connect with people, understand business challenges from a leadership perspective, and help organizations communicate their value more effectively to the communities they serve.
Brennan’s professional development has been shaped through real-world application—working directly with businesses, participating in marketing and leadership initiatives, and learning how strong leadership teams drive measurable growth. His work often focuses on helping organizations strengthen their communication, build stronger relationships with their audiences, and align their messaging with their mission.
Faith plays a central role in Brennan’s life and leadership philosophy. He is actively involved in his church community and participates in outreach through Truth Seekers Ministries, where he contributes to efforts focused on sharing truth, serving others, and engaging with people outside the walls of the church.
At NWJ Consulting Group, Brennan brings a next-generation perspective while continuing to build on the leadership principles he has learned over a lifetime of mentorship, experience, and faith-driven service.
